i "picked my wife" based on a series of requirments, here are just some:
1. spirituality: does she love God? does she demonstrate it through her interactions with others?
2. economics: can she contribute to a household, not just make demands on it? does she have a mature and realistic outlook on how to provide for herself? can that outlook complement a family lifestyle?
l3. looks: am i attracted to her physically? will i grow to be attracted to her over time?
4. politics: do our beliefs clash or complement each other?
5. family: is her family odd? crazy? crooked? selfish? honorable? ethical? sharing? insane? educated? (sane, honorable and ethical were my high priorities)
6. domestic: would she make a good mother? does she believe in a clean and respectful home? does she know how to help make that happen?
7. temperment: is she calm-headed? is she understanding? is she diplomatic? or is she self centered and hot-headed?
8. emotional love: last on the list purposefully. does she make me feel "warm and fuzzy inside"

yes i would, b/c i have learned that $$$ can make life easier, but does not always make you 100% happy. even the rich have serious problems that prevent them from fully enjoying life.
