1] Women are turned off by men who do not respect and/or trust them enough to share pertinent informationsuch as having children, not being divorced, being unemployed, etc., under the weak guise of "I was afraid I'd lose you if I told you."If a man can't trust or respect a woman to make her own decision based on revealed facts (not half-truths, even if you're an axe murderer) and instead tries to deceive or manipulate her into dating him, his chances are closer to zero.
The reason women leave is because of the LIES, deception, manipulation and distrust, NOT because of the information they have now discovered.
2] Men who have low self-esteem and want women as show-piece items or treat women like pieces of meat; men who use women for finances, sex and advancement are also a big turnoff. (not to say there aren't some women that do exactly the same thing.)
3] Men who have no backbone or are still strongly attached to their mother's or family's apron strings show no promise of independence or confidence.
4] The worst are men that come on too strongly, and want to get intimate with you before you even know what their last name is. Including those who date rape, drug women, etc. This is the ultimate proof of LACK of SELF-CONTROL stemming from advance stages of the LACK of healthy SELF-ESTEEM.
5] Men who lack staying power and bail at the first sign of a crisis. (We're not talking about 'drama' now,'cos there are some 'drama queens' and even kings). If a man can't weather a crisis while dating, then he definitely lacks the character and skills needed to cope should one arise in marriage. Women assess men based on character, not just on looks, etc.
6] Men who are just plain RUDE and VULGAR while thinking they are being cool. You wonder how they were raised. Including those who lustfully stare at women they are NOT involved with.
7] Arrogant men who are too self absorbed and think women should automatically adore them for their looks, finances or material possessions. They forget that women can hold their own nowadays and don't NEED a man's permission to live their lives at the standards they desire.
8] Men who simultaneously hit on a woman's (close) friends and family. They forget that women tend to know and discuss these things.
9] Playas who think they can play intelligent women.
10] Men who show no respect for a woman's family and friends, forgetting that these people were in the woman's life prior to his meeting her, and will remain in her life should he be lucky enough to be a part of it.
11) Men that lack or are incapable of showing compassion and are simply hardhearted regardless of the circumstances.
12) Men who DO NOT, CAN NEVER or simply RERUSE to say I'm Sorry.
Women have never wanted to know the truth. Anytime men tell the truth, the women are gone b4 the sentence is finished.
The other issues you raised are fine , but the above is most crucial.

It is unfair and not true to say women don't want to know the truth. SOME women may not care to know the truth, or may simply be too dumb to know the truth even if it hits them in the face, but there are mature, sensible and wise women who care to know the truth, but some men will just lie their pants off, and then give lame excuses once theuy're caught lying.
Men whose only goal is to get into a woman's panties only strategize to get their numbskull goal accomplished and generally do not care who gets hurt in the process, and as such will lie, connive and do whatever it takes, forgetting that 'most' women are human beings who deserve to be treated with respect. That's the reason 'some' women have gotten smart and are equally dishingit out to 'some' men, without equally caring whether they are deserving of it or not.
Most women generally can identify the types of men that turn them off 'cos they've met a bunch of BS-ters in their life time and can usually smell them a mile off. Whether they now choose to get rid of them, or tolerate them, for whatever reason is simply their perogative. Smart women, know to walk and avoid the drama.
